This location new york style pizza is cooked a little differently then the other locations. Its like it's a little undercooked. The crust is thin but not the crispy bottom. The full pizzas are massive! Less busy than the orginal location. I'll take a busy location over sacrificing the integrity of consistency in empire brand! No fountain sodas. The sodas come in a can. They do have good crushed ice next to the water.
I work close by and come here to get away for lunch. I’ve only gotten a slice and salad when I come but it’s always great. The staff are awesome and their little patio is a bonus on a nice day. Also, exclusive to this location, they make no bake cookies fresh daily and they are
The pizza was made fresh and tasted great. The service good and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was warm and welcoming. However my only take away about this place is the water from the dispenser. The water tasted gross and unfiltered. I do recommend this place for their pizza. Just don’t drink the water.
Since opening the new brakes plus store across the street I have made 3 visits here once for by the slice and then 2 orders with a full pizza. Highly recommend both the notorious pig and the foghorn leghorn. Both were hot made with good ingredients and ready when promised. Also get the pink sauce ranch and Sriracha with dill.
Pizza was hot and fresh but this location seems more suited for take out. They have really good pizza with awesome crust-not too thick or thin and their salads are also very good.
